- BnB Seek database listings are free.
They provide your address, e-mail link, web link and other essential information, helping
BnB travelers learn about your establishment. For pictures and textual description, please
see our fee services below.

Fee Services
- BnB e-Deals are $8 each. Your BnB e-Deal will be
distributed next Wednesday to all travelers in our database. Travelers who have signed up
for priority alerts will be notified immediately.
- BnB specials are $20 each. Your special listing will be
immediately added to the specials page and will remain there for 30 days.
- A BnB Profile Picture costs $25
with no recurring annual fee. Adding a profile picture to your profile area is a great way to show
the front of your inn or show off your favorite room. We will as a courtesy allow inns to change
their picture once a year.
(** We recommend you email or send us a landscape picture with width/height dimensions as close to
4/3 as possible. If you have a picture in mind which is displayed on your website, you can simply
email us the link or html page the picture is on. We can pull it off your website and insert it in
your profile area with your permission. If the picture you send is too large, we will contact you.

- A BnB Extended Listing costs $25/yr,
consisting of no more than 250 words placed below your profile summary information. There is
some flexibility here. We are just trying to limit innkeepers from transferring entire websites
into their extended listing area.
We can also insert pictures into the textual description for an additional $10/yr per picture.
This is nice for room and suite pictorials. Adding url links to your website or other websites
through pictures or text is not a problem in your BnB extended area. We are flexible with the
$10 per picture for recurring years, but we must stick to $10 a picture for the first year. Think
of the first year as a setup cost. Soon, we will allow innkeepers the capability to change
their information throughout the year.
(** We separate the profile picture from the extended listing for a couple reasons. First and
foremost, the BnB extended listing is not usually seen immediately when a traveler clicks on your
BnB information. A traveler must scroll down to see the information. Second, there is the cost
of your pictures in the extended listing area. This adds up through the years, whereas the profile
picture is free for years to come. For this reason, we recommend innkeepers setup a BnB profile
picture, and add text about themselves in the extended listing. This will save them money in
the long run. Of course, if an innkeeper wants to setup a suite pictorial, we can work something

- The BnB Spotlight is $50. To reserve your
chance to be in the Spotlight, please contact us. Please note that a profile picture is required for
the spotlight ($25). Once your profile picture is setup, we will put you on our weekly list of
BnB spotlights. We recommend you create an extended listing ($25+) before you create a spotlight, but
it is not required. It just looks better when travelers click on the spotlight and see more information
listed.
- The Association Spotlight is $5 per inn.
To reserve your chance to be in the Association Spotlight, please contact us. We will need a picture for your association.
We can grab an image off of your website if you give us the exact link and picture. Once
your profile picture is setup, we will put you on our bi-weekly list of Association spotlights.
Once you are established on our list with a payment, we will include your link in our list of
Associations shown on pages Associations by Code and Associations by State.
