Seek, our search engine, is the
core of our website, providing access to a database that connects your establishment to
all of our key functions at BnBSeek.com. It also allows the traveler to search by
establishment, area, and/or special attribute, sorting through thousands of entries. As a
member, you can modify your information quickly and securely. This allows you to have more
control at your fingertips. Seek also provides all of the necessary information for the
traveler to contact you. Since Seek is absolutely free, we encourage you to verify that your information is correct, and fill in any additional fields you may have left blank in the members' area.
BnB e-Deals
BnB e-Deals are similar in
concept to Internet airline travel specials. They are weekly e-mail notifications
advertising last minute cancellations and vacancies at discounted prices. For $8 you can
be listed on our Wednesday mailer and viewed on our BnB e-Deals page for an entire week.
In the near future BnB e-Deals will be listed in conjunction with airline specials.
Remember that BnB e-Deals are not just advertisements; they are a global link to your
establishment.
BnB specials
BnB specials are month long
advertisements which can be used in a number of ways: advertise holiday packages, off-peak
discounts, or special packages associated with local events and/or activities (i.e.
concerts, festivals). For $25 you can be listed on our weekly mailer and immediately
viewed on our BnB specials page. You have the flexibility of creating your own ad in 50
words or less to describe your BnB package for a future getaway. Remember that BnB
specials are not just advertisements; they are a global link to your establishment.
BnB priority alerts
BnB priority alerts are advanced
notifications sent to our members whenever a BnB e-Deal is posted. Travelers can receive
up to 75 alerts from different establishments, allowing them a sneak preview on any new
discount or package. This allows loyal customers the opportunity to revisit their favorite
getaway.
BnB Spotlight
Being our Spotlight BnB
of the week allows you to be the first image every BnB traveler sees. For $50, you get
national coverage, a free link to your website with your location, and an accompanying
edeal. Look forward to our Spotlight BnBs by individual state in the coming months.
BnB security
The Seek Group, LLC prides itself on its data integrity and security of online payment. We
supply passwords so that only you can modify your information. If you forget your
password, we are there to remind you. For online payment services we use Card Services
International; a leader in credit card processing and merchant banking.
BnB air-links
As an added
feature to our website, we are planning to give you a head start on thinking
about e-Deals with BnB airline links. Every Wednesday morning we will notify you if there
are airline specials coming into your area. You can than rush to create an e-Deal and
promote yourself as the perfect travel package. Currently, we are listing your BnB in
the air-links section, regardless of whether you've created an e-deal or not. In order
to see your name listed, you must add your nearest airport and miles from airport in the
members' area, and there must be an e-promotion existent for this week.
BnB brochures
When a priority alert is completed the
BnB traveler has the option to ask for additional information regarding your establishment.
If you are a member of this service, we will send the BnB travelers address to you
allowing you to make contact.

Our philosophy with BnB ratings
is "let your experiences be someone else's guide." This is a place where travelers
can relate their fondest memories or worst nightmares creating the ultimate guest book. We
feel that this first hand experience will help travelers feel more comfortable in choosing
their lodging. We are excited about potential feedback from travelers to give a better
